Master Mounir Ghrawi was named 

Pioneer of Taekwon-Do in the Middle East,

by General Choi Hong Hi. Master Ghrawi helped in spreading Taekwon-Do in:

Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates,

Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Before that and in the mid 70's he has started

ITF Taekwon-Do in Belgium (the french part)
